1. Place washed bottles, nipples, or breast pump parts into the bag.
2. Add a small amount of water (usually 2 oz or 60 ml).
3. Seal the bag and place it in the microwave.
4. Microwave on high based on the wattage: 1.5 minutes (>1100W), 3 minutes (800-1100W), or 5 minutes (500-750W).
5. Allow to cool before removing, using the designated cool-touch area.
